Starting on September 5th the 8th edition of the International Summer School Pesticide 2010 will be held, followed by the first Colloquium GRIFA (Gruppo di Ricerca Italiano Fitofarmaci e Ambiente, Sicurezza alimentare e Qualità ambientale / Italian Research Group on Pesticides and Environment, Food Safety and Environmental Quality).

All Conference attendees are invited to attend the Colloquium that will be organized in form of a round table to discuss selected topics of widest interest.

The Summer School is addressed to young researches and students involved in Pesticide and Environment topics. Selected international speakers from both public and private institutions will present the most important issues and the scientific and technological innovation in these fields of research.

The programme will be of interest to scientists from universities, research organisations, industries, governments and to those in related disciplines seeking a concise overview of the state of the art. At the end of the School a Participation Document based on practical assessment ECT for career development will be released.
During the School, applicants will be permitted to give a 20 min oral presentation concerning their research activities.
