Authors are invited to submit by e-mail an abstract for oral presentation and poster presentation. Abstracts should be sent by e-mail to the secretariat of the Conference info@pesticides2010.org
Abstracts for both oral (no more than 4 printed pages) and poster (no more than 2 printed pages) presentations should be prepared in English.
Abstracts should be submitted in Microsoft Word Version 6.0 (or later) using Times New Roman fonts 11pt., justified alignment and single spacing throughout. Figures, schemes, tables and figure captions should be embedded in the text body.
Abstracts should start with a concise title (capital, bold, 14pt, centred), name(s) of author(s) (bold, 10pt., centred, indicating up to 6 authors’ names; if more than 6 indicate “et al.”), address of author(s) (bold, 10pt.), and a summary not exceeding 15 lines. Headers: (capital, bold, left alignment, 11pt.). Sub-headers (Bold, left alignment, 11pt.).
A suggested structure of the abstract includes Introduction, Materials-Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion and References. The references should be collected at the end of the abstract, numbered in the order of their appearance in the text and not alphabetically. Reference numbers in the text are set in square brackets on the line, e.g. [1-3].
